Score every tour the same way

Gut feelings are real data, but they're unreliable when the tours are two weeks apart. Bring the same five checks to each visit:

1. How teachers talk to kids when they don't know you're watching
2. Clean, safe rooms, and whether the kids in them seem settled and busy
3. Straight answers on ratios and staff turnover from the director
4. What a normal day actually looks like, hour by hour
5. Your gut, recorded on the spot, not reconstructed later
